Any correspondence, transactions, etc. with us are kept strictly confidential. We do not, and will not, sell/lease your name, e-mail address, or any other information to anyone.

The only three exceptions to that are the following:

• Certain machine specific information is collected as part of the registration process, to reduce piracy. This information is held confidential, and is only used for the purpose of generating your unique "Key Code."
• Credit card registrations of purchases are handled by a third party, which has their own privacy policy. The information they have is limited to what was provided on the single Web page during registration.
• We will release information to authorized law enforcement agencies upon presentation of a valid court order. While this has never happened, and we don't see it ever happening, we feel obliged to mention it here.
