Early morning, Sunday afternoon, or late at night (when ever its quiet)
find a desolate spot in a residential area. We like a car park near us
that closes. Drive out to it with the reciever naked on the back seat.
Then when you get there handcuff the ancles together, then the rists and
then the 2 pairs of handcuffs. Then carry the person to the ground and
place them on their knees. You then get back in the car and drive around
the block before picking them up. As you have to find a desolate area
this is the drivers task. If someone does walk passed then it's the
drivers turn to be left the next time. Otherwise the reciever just keeps
on recieving.
